SME-750II Dual-Stencil Pneumatic Cleaning Machine
A full-pneumatic stencil cleaner with two independent units that clean two stencils at once — 360° rotary spray rods wash both sides, 3-level filtration recycles the liquid, and compressed air blow-dries it.
2 independent units, 2 stencils at once · Stencil up to 750 × 750 × 40 mm · 360° rotary rods both sides · 3-level filter (1 mm / 20 µm / 1 µm) · No electric power.
Working principle · 3D interactive
How the SME-750II cleans two stencils
Drag the 3D view to rotate it. Two independent cleaning units each hold a stencil; 360° rotary spray rods wash both sides with solvent, the liquid is filtered and recycled, then compressed air blow-dries it — no electric power at all.
Upper and lower rotary rods spray solvent onto both sides, keeping stencil tension stable.
3-level filtration (1 mm net, 20 µm bag, 1 µm cotton) recycles the liquid with low consumption.
Compressed air blow-dries both stencils; open the door and they are ready for the line.
The hidden cost of manual stencil cleaning
Wasted solvent and unsafe manual cleaning are taxing your line
Every drop of wasted solvent, every operator exposed to chemicals and every blocked aperture costs money. A dual-stencil pneumatic cleaner changes that math.
Wasting cleaning liquid
Manual cleaning and poor filtration waste solvent and cleaning liquid.
Chemicals damage workers
Hand exposure to solvent puts operators at risk.
Fire and detonation risk
Electric cleaning equipment near flammable solvents carries ignition risk.
Blocked apertures
Residue left in stencil apertures causes paste misprint and rework.
Slow one-by-one cleaning
Cleaning stencils one at a time bottlenecks changeover.
Sewage pollutes the earth
Uncontrolled discharge of contaminated solvent damages the environment.

Return on investment
What dual-stencil pneumatic cleaning is worth
Worked example for an EMS line cleaning stencils by hand today.
Throughput — two stencils cleaned per cycle in independent units.
Less solvent consumed with 3-level filtration and recycling (reference estimate).
Operator per shift freed from manual stencil scrubbing.
Typical payback for a dual-stencil cleaner on a mid-size line (reference estimate).
ROI figures are planning estimates based on reference EMS lines; actual payback depends on stencil volume, solvent cost and quality targets. We calculate a line-specific payback with your numbers during the consultation.

Installation guide
Install and commission the SME-750II
Reference procedure for a pneumatic dual-stencil cleaner. Full documentation ships with the machine.
Place the machine on a solid, flat, clean floor with enough space for the two units, spare parts and maintenance.
Connect the main air supply (0.5–0.7 MPa, 400–600 L/min × 2 sets) and the exhaust vent to an outer hose.
Fill the two 40 L tanks with solvent or cleaning liquid; check the 1 mm net, 20 µm bag and 1 µm cotton filters.
Check rotary rods, valves, the inner-lock safety door and the solvent auto add/discharge function.
Load two stencils, press start and verify the clean and air-dry result.

Technical evaluation FAQ
Questions buyers ask before ordering
What does the SME-750II clean?
Solder paste stencils, red glue stencils and copper masks, removing residue with solvent or cleaning liquid — and it cleans two stencils at once.
Why two independent units?
Each unit has its own 40 L tank and 360° rotary rods, so two stencils (even different types) are cleaned in one cycle, doubling throughput.
Why full pneumatic?
The machine is driven entirely by compressed air with no electric power, so there is no ignition source near flammable solvents — 100% safe.
How does filtration work?
3-level precise filtering — 1 mm SUS304 net, 20 µm filter bag and 1 µm cotton filter per unit — keeps the liquid clean and recycles it for low consumption.
How long does a cycle take?
Reference clean time is 3–5 minutes and dry time 3–5 minutes for a solder paste stencil, with one-button automatic operation.
