What types of feeders do you design and manufacture?
We design and manufacture eight feeder types: RF1000 Radial Tape Feeder, AF2000 Axial Tape Feeder, VF3000 Vibration Tube Feeder, TF4000 Multi Tube Feeder, BF200L Vibratory Bowl Feeder, SLF100X Label Feeder, SSTF01 SOP Tube Feeder, and S-JVF03 JUKI Vibration Feeder. We also design custom odd-form feeders for unique component shapes.
How much does an odd-form feeder cost compared to a THT machine?
An odd-form feeder costs $5–8K, compared to $50–70K for a dedicated THT insertion machine. This is approximately 1/10 the cost while enabling your existing SMT pick-and-place machine to handle THT and odd-form components automatically. The ROI is typically very high due to labor savings.
Which SMT machines are your feeders compatible with?
Our feeders are compatible with Fuji (NXT, CP series), JUKI (KE3020V, RX6, RS-1), Samsung (SM series), Yamaha (YSM20, YG series), Universal (GSM platform), Siemens (Siplace series), and Panasonic (CM, NPM series). For non-standard machines, we design custom interface solutions.
Can you customize a feeder for my specific component?
Yes. Send us your component sample or specification (body size, lead span, lead diameter, tape pitch, package type). We design and manufacture a feeder tailored to your exact requirements. Customization lead time is typically 1 month.
What is the cycle time and feeding accuracy?
Radial and axial tape feeders achieve 1.5–2s cycle time. Vibration tube feeders achieve 2–3s. The SSTF01 SOP tube feeder achieves 0.8s feeding speed with ±0.5mm accuracy. The SLF100X label feeder achieves ±0.2mm accuracy on both X and Y axes.

Yes. We hold 1 invention patent and 2 new practical patents for THT radial feeder technology, with additional patents under application. Our odd-form feeder design is proven in production at GE, Bosch, Philips, Flex, Jabil, and Juki facilities.

We provide 7x24 worldwide support, free installation and training, 1-day lead-time for spare parts, and 1-month custom solution development. Video technical support and online support are available throughout the feeder lifecycle.
