The process begins at receiving. Simply scan the manufacturer's barcode on the component reel. The system automatically captures all relevant data (Part Number, Quantity, Lot Code) and assigns a unique internal ID for 100% traceability.

Guided Storing

Once a reel is registered, the rack's multi-color LEDs light up, indicating all available empty slots. The operator can place the reel in any lit position. A sensor confirms the placement, and the inventory database is updated in real-time with the reel's exact location.

Request & Pick

When a job is started, the required Bill of Materials (BOM) is imported from your MES/ERP. The system instantly verifies component availability and then illuminates the LEDs for every required reel. Operators can quickly and accurately pick all parts for a kit in minutes, not hours.
